  • The main part of its shares belongs to Aboitiz Group of Companies. They hold 49.629% of all bank’s shares;
  • Smaller part is owned by Social Security System. They hold 26.87% of all shares;
  • Another part of the Bank’s shares belongs to such union bank owner as Insular Life (18.75%);
  • The smallest part of the shares belongs to Public stock (4.751%).
