  1. We paid our loan on time by cebuana and they said we have to pay a LATE PAYMENT CHARGE since the payment from cebuana reflected the following day to them!!! We send them the copy of the payment thru email for more than 5x and now they are harassing us for the late payment charge which we are not informed that how it works. they are using voip numbers to call us more than 10x a day. These company is very unprofessional.

    • I have the same experience from Cashwagon like you. What happen to you now? What did you do and what they did after? coz, I dont have plans paying the late payment charge that they said. I paid also on due date at cebuana. so, it’s really not reasonable to say that I must pay the late payment charge right?

  2. They informed me that the money will be disrbused. But it has been 4 months now, and up until now money is still in the process of disbursement.
